Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as subject matter expert for assigned local regulatory and statistical reporting areas.
  • •Assess and interpret new/changed laws and regulations, determining their impact on reporting obligations, methodologies, and processes.
  • •Coordinate implementation of new reporting requirements across reporting solutions and processes with Finance Development and stakeholder teams.
  • •Represent Finance in regulatory reporting projects and strategic initiatives.
  • •Maintain internal regulatory reporting policies, methodologies, and instructions; strengthen governance, internal controls, and risk management within assigned areas.

Key Requirements

  • •Higher education in finance or economics, mathematics or business management.
  • •Experience in financial, regulatory, statistical or supervisory reporting, audit, and interpretation of financial or regulatory regulations, including reporting to national authorities.
  • •Strong expertise in reporting regulations, financial reporting principles, regulatory expectations, and their impact on statutory and regulatory reporting.
  • •Understanding of banking business, products, and reporting processes, or strong ability to acquire it quickly.
  • •Fluency in spoken and written English, with strong coordination, communication, negotiation, and deadline-focused working style.
