Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and heating, water, and drainage systems according to specifications and plumbing codes
  • •Troubleshoot and service commercial plumbing fixtures and systems, including sewer cleaning using sewer snakes/cleaning machinery
  • •Install pressure vessels and perform maintenance/repairs of facility plumbing systems
  • •Perform hands-on shop and on-site disassembly, inspection, reporting, cleaning, reassembly, and failure assessments for pumps and other mechanical equipment
  • •Manage multiple projects through the work order system, respond to emergencies, and interface with other departments to assess and maintain equipment

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • •3+ years of plumbing experience
  • •Ability to read, interpret, and understand technical language in specifications, schematics, and blueprints
