Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure high-quality Asset Servicing service with minimized risks and optimized costs.
  • •Review, improve, and effectively communicate and implement process and procedure changes.
  • •Manage performance and deliver funds/client sign-offs to valuation teams while contributing to process efficiency savings.
  • •Support regional standardization of Asset Servicing processes by sharing best practices across markets.
  • •Maintain internal control standards by implementing internal/external audit points and addressing operational risk scenarios through escalation processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in commerce or qualifications in accounting/finance or relevant experience.
  • •Strong understanding of end-to-end process risk and single sub-process control points.
  • •Excellent accounting knowledge and relevant Asset Servicing experience with clear understanding of the E2E Fund Accounting Model.
  • •3–5 years of relevant Funds administration experience.
  • •Basic knowledge of custody, brokerage, depository, investment accounting, mutual funds, and reconciliations, plus proficiency with MS Office.
