Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities on construction sites or in facilities, ensuring compliance with specifications, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Manage and guide a team of electricians and technicians, providing direction and support to complete work efficiently and safely to a high quality.
  • •Develop work schedules, task assignments, and project timelines, coordinating with other trades and project managers to meet electrical work milestones within budget constraints.
  • •Conduct quality inspections and audits of electrical installations and equipment, identify deficiencies and deviations, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • •Coordinate procurement, storage, and inventory management of electrical materials, tools, and equipment, and maintain accurate records including work orders and test reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience and at least 3 years relevant working experience in electrical systems.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, components, and equipment used in MEP operations (wiring, circuits, transformers, switchgear, control panels).
  • •Knowledge of building codes, electrical regulations, and industry standards applicable to MEP operations.
  • •Proficiency interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics to coordinate installations.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are required for success in this role.
