Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform duties related to processing products in conjunction with SOPs and established requirements.
  • •Monitor instruments and adjust valves/controls to regulate chemical flow for prescribed reactions within critical limits.
  • •Carry out material transfers to/from tanks, drums, rail cars, totes, and related equipment.
  • •Move chemical products through piping and valves using pumps and pressurized lines.
  • •Assist with unloading raw materials, minor maintenance, cleanup, and participate in LOTO/permitting and hazardous line breaks.

  • •Demonstrate safe work practices and aptitude for operating process units, including basic maintenance and material handling skills while ensuring product compliance.
  • •Performs processing functions in accordance with established requirements and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • •Adheres to compliance/regulatory mandates and quality requirements.
  • •Monitor gauges and recording instruments and adjust valves/controls to regulate chemical flow within critical limits using log sheets and prior equipment/process experience.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent; two years’ related experience or equivalent technical training/certification preferred.
