Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the full project planning, governance and autonomous management of ERP deployments using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM.
  • •Lead and assemble project teams across multiple countries and functions, ensuring collaboration on a multinational and interdisciplinary level.
  • •Own the agile delivery of projects following the Avanade methodology and ensure budget, timeline and quality targets are met.
  • •Drive the professional development of ~25 experts within the Delivery Lead Community across all experience levels through coaching, knowledge transfer and best practices.
  • •Support the sales team in preparing proposals for potential and existing clients and contribute to the strategic development of the ASG ERP Practice.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven project leadership and consulting skills with extensive client experience, able to manage customer expectations and align them with project outcomes.
  • •Strong understanding of business processes and ERP implementations, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM or similar ERP solutions.
  • •Experience leading and coordinating teams onshore and offshore, with ability to coach and mentor across multiple experience levels.
  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft or a related field.
  • •Fluency in German and English (B2 or higher); additional languages are a plus.
