Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development and implementation of departmental plans, programmes, initiatives, KPIs, budgets, and performance management to achieve operational objectives.
  • •Manage people and workforce planning, translating organizational goals into team objectives, and delivering coaching, mentoring, performance reviews, and talent/succession initiatives.
  • •Run warehouse operations and material management, including receipt, inspection, storage, handling, issuance, preservation, traceability, stock control, and dispatch for critical materials.
  • •Coordinate production support and inventory management, including material availability monitoring, cycle counts/audits, managing ERP/WMS inventory transactions, and investigating discrepancies.
  • •Lead logistics and distribution activities—coordinating inbound/outbound shipments, transportation, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and service-provider performance—while ensuring HSE, quality, compliance, and audit readiness.
