Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a data security governance team covering database activity monitoring, encryption key management, certificate lifecycle management, HSM support, and encryption/masking governance.
  • •Provide direction for database activity monitoring capabilities, including alert tuning, detection methodology development, monitoring use cases, whitelist governance, session monitoring, deployment support, and issue resolution.
  • •Oversee centralized encryption key management governance, including key request review/approval, lifecycle oversight, key health monitoring, failover planning, automation improvements, and support for application teams.
  • •Oversee certificate lifecycle management processes, including enrollments, renewals, re-issuances, revocations, expiration monitoring, outage prevention, and certificate authority relationships.
  • •Lead post-quantum cryptography readiness by coordinating cryptographic asset inventory, prioritization, stakeholder engagement, migration planning, and future quantum-resistant capabilities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 96,000 - 181,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, Data Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •Experience leading information security, data security, data governance, infrastructure security, or related technology teams.
  • •Strong understanding of data protection principles, encryption, certificate management, and key management for security control operations.
  • •Experience working with enterprise security processes, risk management frameworks, audit expectations, control procedures, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
  • •Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives, influence stakeholders, prioritize competing demands, and deliver measurable outcomes.
