Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive controllership improvement initiatives across the Americas using company-provided AI tools, including process standardization and automation.
  • •Review and prepare monthly financial close activities for AMER entities with the finance shared service center.
  • •Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, local regulatory requirements, and internal accounting policies.
  • •Manage statutory financial audits and regulatory filings, including relationships with external auditors and third parties.
  • •Support global group reporting (quarterly close and consolidation reviews) and provide accounting advisory for new product launches and changes in operational workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
