Remodeling Field Manager

Organize and oversee residential home remodeling projects, coordinating day-to-day work and ensuring product quality. Monitor field crew performance, communicate directly with customers, and help resolve complaints. Provide daily progress reports and occasionally measure jobs. You’ll bring remodeling experience with replacement windows, bathrooms, and kitchens, plus a valid driver’s license and prior supervisory experience to lead teams in a customer-focused environment.
