Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement FP&A and controlling strategies, policies, and procedures across group entities.
  • •Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly management reports and MRM presentations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
  • •Produce monthly steel performance reporting in Excel and PowerPoint and support annual and long-term (five-year) business plans and financial models.
  • •Improve MIS reporting by studying current processes and proposing enhancements, including automation of periodic reporting to LIMAD and external parties.
  • •Support commercial and procurement activities by calculating margins and costing for contracts and shipment planning, and assist with consolidation and group reporting to LIMAD and BOD.

Key Requirements

  • •5-7 years of post-qualification experience in financial planning and controlling.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance/commerce, plus Chartered Accountant qualification.
  • •Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4Hana and financial data extraction.
  • •Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis, financial modelling, and reporting.
  • •Proficiency in PowerPoint and working knowledge of BI tools and AI applications (AI/BI dashboard certifications preferred).
