Job Summary

Lead analytics for Mortgage sales and strategy by developing data-driven leads, segmentation, and optimization to support retention and acquisition. Collaborate with Mortgage partners and Enterprise Smart Leads team to translate complex analyses into actionable strategies, dashboards, and communications. Leverage SQL/Python/SAS/R to model performance, automate data flows, and inform cross-channel lead distribution.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead development and deployment of data-driven Mortgage sales leads and optimization analyses.
•Oversee segmentation analyses and lead scoring to support Mortgage retention and acquisition strategies.
•Coordinate with Mortgage business partners and the Enterprise Smart Leads team to align analytics with shifting business strategies.
•Manage and improve end-to-end data flows and lead delivery processes for sales channels (virtual and retail).
•Communicate analytic insights to both technical and non-technical audiences within an Agile framework.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree or beyond in statistics, mathematics, computer science, data science/analytics, economics, finance or related fields
•Strong programming skills with SQL, Python, SAS, R or similar
•Excellent written and verbal communication to convey analytic results to non-technical partners
•Ability to work in a team with statisticians, database developers, and IT professionals
•4-7 years of experience in analytics, particularly in financial services applications
