Senior Counsel, Arc

Provide strategic product legal counsel for Arc, Circle’s enterprise blockchain network and related infrastructure initiatives. Advise on network design, launch, and governance across global markets, leading regulatory analysis for blockchain/Web3 and digital asset frameworks. Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Policy to shape compliant smart contract structures, implement risk mitigation policies, and support regulatory engagement and leadership briefings.
