Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize and structure embedded software development, integration, and validation activities, including a detailed development strategy with architects and system managers.
  • •Manage technical risks through leadership of team activities, potentially including international subcontracting.
  • •Ensure milestones are met on time within budget and applicable standards.
  • •Validate the technical adequacy of solutions across specification, design, verification, and safety.
  • •Ensure code quality and compliance with normative/technical expectations (DO-178B/C, cybersecurity) and manage nonconformities and maintenance preparation.

Key Requirements

  • •Master 2 (BAC+5) in an engineering school or a university track in Computer Science.
  • •At least 5 years’ experience leading and managing embedded software development (DO-178).
  • •Experience developing in Agile methods.
  • •Significant experience managing subcontracting.
  • •Strong low-level software development skills, including C, GIT (configuration management), and JIRA (reporting).
