Own general ledger accounting activities for shared services, including posting manual journal entries, preparing accruals and balance sheet reconciliations, and resolving accounting open items. Ensure deliverables meet SLA targets, support internal and external audits, and contribute to monthly financial statement reporting. Drive process improvements through knowledge transfer and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies and project management tools.
