Production Lead - 3rd Shift (Napoleon, OH, US, 43545)

Lead production personnel on the 3rd shift and support plant supervision in planning, setup, and production of molded OES products. You’ll run shift huddles, coordinate pre-shift operations, ensure machine operators have correct part information and supplies, and cover operator duties as needed. Track production data in NetSuite via tablets, manage changeovers by preparing the machine area, and support training and communication with key teams to meet quality and demand targets.
