Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and supervise parts inventory, purchasing, and invoicing for the branch.
  • •Interact with customers to answer questions about parts availability and fulfill parts orders.
  • •Obtain and prepare parts quotes; order and manage parts inventory for rental equipment.
  • •Coordinate parts inventory with manufacturers and communicate with vendors for company and customer owned equipment.
  • •Coordinate with service departments and delivery schedules, including confirming invoice accuracy.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Active applicable state class driver's license and a clean driving record for local parts pickup/delivery.
  • •Prior construction or heavy equipment industry experience and/or equipment rental experience is preferred.
  • •Knowledge of Excel and using spreadsheets, including budgeting experience.
  • •Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen and any required background check; must own tools applicable to the position.
