Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Country General Manager, regional leadership, and cross-functional teams to evaluate business opportunities and provide commercial and financial insights for strategic decisions.
  • •Lead country budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance management, including management reporting, variance analyses, and performance scorecards.
  • •Provide financial leadership for artist signings and commercial transactions, including deal evaluation, investment returns analysis, and support during contract negotiations with Legal.
  • •Oversee country finance operations (accounting, payables/receivables, treasury, payroll, royalty processing, and month/quarter/year-end close) while ensuring IFRS, policy, and statutory compliance.
  • •Drive governance, compliance, risk management, cost optimization, and process improvement initiatives, including statutory audits and cash flow/liquidity oversight.

Key Requirements

  • •10–15 years of progressive finance experience across commercial finance, FP&A, financial control, and business partnering in multinational organisations.
  • •Strong strategic finance and business partnering capability, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and performance reporting.
  • •Proven ability to lead finance operations and strengthen governance and internal controls while driving continuous improvement and automation.
  • •Experience acting in a matrix organisation, influencing senior stakeholders to support commercial decision-making and sustainable growth.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business, or related field; CPA/CA/ACCA or equivalent preferred, with strong IFRS knowledge.
