•Trusted business partner to Global Supply Chain, Group Finance to embed and strengthen IBP process and planning outcome
•Spearhead and establish operations and financial performance review cadence with stakeholders
•Lead KPIs review and reporting, being one source of truth across the organisation
•Deep understanding in operations, demand and supply risks and opportunities, translate to financials implication to drive profitability and cashflow optimization
•Strong controlling mindset to drive governance and influence cost conscious culture through cross functional collaboration

Key Requirements

•Qualified Accountant or equivalent post graduate qualification
•At least 8 years of relevant work experience
•Experience and knowledge in S&OP and financial KPIs
•Experience in rigorous financial analysis and comfortable with large database
•Ability to understand concepts and ideas quickly and model data in meaningful ways
