Own the architecture, governance, roadmap, and operational support for the Applications & Integrations ecosystem across GTM, CX, and platform technology. Establish governance and application lifecycle practices aligned to SOX/ITGC, manage end-to-end integrations, and partner cross-functionally to translate requirements into secure, compliant, well-documented solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish and execute governance and Application Lifecycle for the Salesforce ecosystem and GTM/CX applications, maintaining compliance with SOX and ITGC.
•Own the project lifecycle for net-new integrations, designing, developing, and deploying scalable integration patterns.
•Serve as a key stakeholder for sign-off on data models and data flows, ensuring alignment with Salesforce architecture and delivery.
•Own administration of Tray.io iPaaS and deliver scalable automations across the ecosystem.
•Lead escalation management and day-to-day support for Salesforce and related GTM/CX applications in partnership with Support Specialists.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,000 - 164,000 annually

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of application administration in mid-to-large scale environments supporting 500+ users.
•Deep knowledge integrating platforms with Salesforce using Connected Apps, OAuth, and REST/SOAP APIs.
•Experience implementing change management, data governance frameworks, and ensuring SOX/ITGC compliance and audit readiness.
•Practical experience configuring and using integration middleware such as Workato, Mulesoft, or Tray.io.
•Ability to guide complex technical projects with cross-functional dependencies and shifting priorities.
