Job Summary

Help scale TikTok Shop’s Creator LIVEs by sourcing, pitching, and securing high-profile creators and celebrities for large-scale LIVE activations. Build and own relationships with leading German talent agencies and management companies, lead negotiations from first outreach to signed agreements, and plan and execute multiple celebrity LIVEs in parallel. Partner across internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-stakes deals and successful activations at scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and own relationships with leading German talent agencies and management companies.
•Source, pitch, and secure creators and celebrities for large-scale LIVE activations on TikTok Shop.
•Lead negotiations from initial outreach through signed agreements.
•Plan and execute multiple celebrity LIVEs in parallel with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in online marketing, performance marketing, creator management, or a similar field.
•Proven senior-level experience in influencer/creator management, ideally with large creators and celebrities.
•Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
•Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with comfort closing high-stakes deals.
•Strong organization to coordinate many stakeholders while staying on top of details.
