Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor demand daily, issue RFQs promptly, and negotiate pricing to minimize cost increases.
  • •Place, manage, and expedite purchase orders, maintaining a clear PO log and resolving overdue or exception-driven orders.
  • •Maintain audit-ready compliance folders and ensure procurement activities tied to U.S. Government contracts and DPAS-rated orders comply with ITAR/EAR/FAR/DPAS.
  • •Provide timely delivery commitments and maintain accurate purchasing data (suppliers, pricing, lead times) in Oracle.
  • •Resolve operational issues including invoice holds and price/quantity discrepancies, and process ECO notifications, NCRs, RIHOLDs, and supplier RMAs/RTVs.

Salary: USD 69,000 - 101,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment, or an Associate degree with 3 years, or a High School Diploma/GED with 5 years.
  • •Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Only candidates who currently reside within 50 miles of the Orchard Park, NY facility will be considered (Active-Duty Military Service members exempt).
  • •Requires access to information/hardware subject to ITAR and applicants must qualify as U.S. Persons under ITAR.
  • •Preferred: ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings/blueprints to verify material requirements and specifications.
