Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a process development team (4–5 engineers) performing unit process development and integrated loop development across TI fabs.
  • •Help define and execute MEMS/Sensor process engineering roadmaps, including working with vendors and outside foundries for alternate pathways.
  • •Manage process development and Si tasks management, ensuring processes meet program goals and manufacturability requirements.
  • •Drive process and device improvements using characterization, test, design of experiments, data analysis, and simulation.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
  • •5+ years of experience working on MEMS/semiconductor devices from development through production delivery on schedule.
  • •Solid background in material science, chemistry, and fab systems for MEMS product development.
  • •Proficiency with project management and data analysis tools (JMP/Spotfire) and strong presentation skills.
  • •Ability to work effectively across organizations/fabs/resources, lead technical discussions, and communicate project status clearly.
