Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the production area covering multiple production lines and deliver operational goals according to SQDCP (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People).
  • •Manage and develop the Production Masters team to achieve business objectives and strengthen leadership capabilities.
  • •Ensure stable execution of the production plan by effectively using production resources.
  • •Monitor KPIs, identify trends and deviations, analyze root causes, and initiate improvement actions.
  • •Build and develop a safety, quality, and operational accountability culture aligned with EH&S and 5S standards, and lead problem-solving and Lean initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least 2 years in a role managing teams or production areas.

  • •Technical higher education in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, production engineering, or a related field.
  • •Strong knowledge of mechanical machining processes and cutting technologies.
  • •Ability to make decisions based on data and production KPIs.
