Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the monthly supply planning process for oilseeds processing plants, including capacity planning, master production schedules, and transportation forecasts
  • •Maintain supply, capacity, and scenario models in IBP and other tools to inform commercial and operational decisions
  • •Partner cross-functionally to align on a 24-month rolling One Number Plan
  • •Incorporate asset capabilities and transportation constraints to produce realistic and actionable scenarios
  • •Develop analytical tools and dashboards to improve visibility and consensus planning efficiency while leveraging AI for efficiency

  • •4+ years of experience in supply chain and procurement and/or supply chain planning
  • •Advanced analytical and modeling skills with ability to work with complex datasets

  • •Exceptional communication skills to simplify complex analyses and present to diverse audiences, including senior stakeholders
