Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, review, and negotiate Commercial AI SaaS customer contracts.
  • •Interface with the Go-To-Market team to support fast, efficient customer agreement execution.
  • •Help establish the legal function in EMEA under the Head of EMEA Legal, building substantive, organizational, and relationship foundations.
  • •Work on other legal issues as they arise.
  • •Contribute to a growing, small legal team environment by taking on additional legal responsibilities as opportunities arise.

Key Requirements

  • •English qualified lawyer with 2+ years post-qualification experience in commercial or technology practice, and/or in-house supporting SaaS or Go-To-Market/Business Development teams.
  • •Transactional background, including technology-related transactions and/or IP licensing commercial agreements.
  • •Experience with AI is welcomed but not required.
  • •Ability to think creatively, function independently, and work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Team-focused, collaborative style with a willingness to build expertise and solve new challenges in an evolving practice.
