Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in geotechnical engineering, engineering geology, or a related discipline with relevant tertiary qualifications and CPEng, RPEQ (or equivalent), or progress toward accreditation.
  • •Strong technical capability across ground investigations, geotechnical analysis, design, and risk management on complex infrastructure, construction, or multidisciplinary projects.
  • •Proven project leadership skills, including managing scope, budgets, programmes, resources, and technical deliverables.
  • •Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and client relationship management skills.
  • •Experience across sectors such as transport, tunnelling, water, and urban development is highly regarded.
