Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and supervise OSP/ISP, fiber optic, and communications closet engineers and technicians to ensure coordinated, integrated engineering.
  • •Manage agency and subcontractor labor, providing daily direction, QA, performance oversight, and conflict resolution.
  • •Serve as primary engineering liaison to government POCs and base stakeholders, coordinating access, security requirements, installation schedules, and deployment of materials/personnel.
  • •Validate engineering deliverables including drawings, design inputs, reports, and risk assessments.
  • •Lead design reviews and planning sessions, identifying and mitigating engineering risks, design conflicts, and installation challenges.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS or equivalent with 5+ years of related experience.
  • •10+ years in telecommunications engineering, network infrastructure, OSP/ISP design, or related disciplines.
  • •5+ years leading multi-discipline engineering teams in field/deployment environments.
  • •Experience delivering large-scale communications modernization projects for DoW, federal, or enterprise environments.
  • •US citizenship required and ability to obtain/maintain an interim Secret clearance (Secret must currently be possessed).
