Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead on-site and coach Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers, and hourly associates across a regional territory, setting culture, safety, and performance standards.
  • •Stabilize and scale operations by implementing standard operating procedures, troubleshooting issues, and bringing teams up to performance benchmarks.
  • •Oversee day-to-day site operations, monitor P&L performance, identify root causes of inefficiencies, and implement corrective action plans.
  • •Partner with regional and central teams to support growth initiatives, regional training programs, and market expansion efforts, sharing key learnings from coverage assignments.
  • •Drive process improvements by using data and insights to redesign workflows, team structures, and fulfillment practices.
