•Lead on-site and coach Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers, and hourly associates across a regional territory, setting culture, safety, and performance standards.
•Stabilize and scale operations by implementing standard operating procedures, troubleshooting issues, and bringing teams up to performance benchmarks.
•Oversee day-to-day site operations, monitor P&L performance, identify root causes of inefficiencies, and implement corrective action plans.
•Partner with regional and central teams to support growth initiatives, regional training programs, and market expansion efforts, sharing key learnings from coverage assignments.
•Drive process improvements by using data and insights to redesign workflows, team structures, and fulfillment practices.

Travel: High travel

Salary: USD 81,600 - 120,000 annually
