Job Summary

Own and grow Coder’s day-to-day social presence, turning complex AI infrastructure into engaging content for technical and business audiences. Partner with content marketing, community, field marketing, product marketing, demand gen, and devrel teams to execute campaigns and strengthen Coder’s voice across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X. Create and optimize vertical video end to end, repurpose existing assets into social-native formats, and use performance insights to continuously improve.

Key Responsibilities

•Own social media engagement by monitoring channels daily and responding to comments, mentions, and conversations in a technical, warm, on-brand voice.
•Create vertical video content end to end, including scripting, filming, editing, publishing, and optimization for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
•Execute cross-functional campaigns for product launches, thought leadership, customer stories, and event campaigns across social platforms.
•Repurpose and remix existing content (webinars, blog posts, product demos) into social-native formats for each channel.
•Track and report performance, identify patterns, share insights, and use learnings to shape the next round of content.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 84,000 - 130,000 annually

•Strong writing skills that adapt tone, format, and technical detail across platforms.
