Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and develop profitable new client relationships using centers of influence, existing clients, and referrals.
  • •Develop and execute tailored relationship strategies with One Bank partners (e.g., Treasury Management, Capital Markets, Wealth Management).
  • •Coordinate client-facing activities to meet business needs and enhance the trusted advisor relationship.
  • •Analyze financial information and partner with Portfolio Managers and Credit Officers to manage credit requests and ongoing credit monitoring.
  • •Actively participate in community/industry forums and manage risk by following policies and procedures while monitoring and reporting risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of commercial banking experience.
  • •Formalized commercial credit training or equivalent credit experience required.
  • •Strong business acumen with detailed analysis and review of financial statements; understanding of accounting principles.
  • •Thorough knowledge of commercial banking, treasury management, and alternative lending/financing options.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with prospecting and CRM sales tools preferred.
