Drive strategic and AI-enabled research projects, integrating AI and advanced analytics into research workflows while partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead in-depth market, sector, and company research to support investment strategies and portfolio decisions.
•Analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and value creation levers.
•Translate research into executive-ready insights and narratives for senior leadership and stakeholders.
•Develop and implement strategic projects aligned with business goals, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
•Drive adoption of AI-enabled research solutions and collaborate with investment teams, senior leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, strategy, or a related field (MBA preferred).
•6-8 years of experience in investment research, strategy, management consulting, or related domains.
•Strong analytical and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
•Demonstrated leadership in managing projects and mentoring teams.
•Excellent communication and storytelling skills for executive audiences.
