Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including professional services, data processing, vendor supply, and confidentiality agreements.
  • •Update and create template documents and maintain aligned legal practices across the organisation.
  • •Handle day-to-day enquiries from internal clients and external counterparties with commercially minded advice.
  • •Monitor legal and regulatory changes across the region to support ongoing compliance and data protection governance.
  • •Support corporate matters as needed, including reorganisations, incorporation, company secretarial work, and apostille/notarisation processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified lawyer with around 5 years’ PQE (guideline) with in-house experience in a multinational business.
  • •Experience drafting and negotiating contracts in the UAE and/or Middle East, including government contracts.
  • •Ability to take a hands-on approach across a full range of legal tasks in a lean team environment.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills to explain legal principles to non-legal colleagues and build stakeholder relationships.
  • •Fluency in English (written and spoken).
