Job Summary

Drive growth in Allianz Global Life’s intermediary market by building and expanding broker and intermediary partnerships across assigned regions in Ireland. Provide expert technical support on products, underwriting, and processes; train brokers; and collaborate with Internal teams to generate new business, improve retention, and optimize the broker sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

•Build, nurture, and expand long-term relationships with key broker and intermediary partners across assigned territories.
•Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring partners receive timely support, guidance, and communication.
•Develop a deep understanding of broker business models, client needs, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
•Conduct regular meetings, reviews, and strategic planning sessions with partners to strengthen collaboration and align business objectives.
•Drive new business and revenue growth by working with brokers to identify opportunities and convert leads into placed business.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Broking Consultant or similar roles
•Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related Financial services field; Masters advantageous
•QFA is essential
•Broad understanding of Investment, Pension & Protection Products & risk management
•Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
