Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate stock audits, conduct cycle counts, and reconcile results with system records to identify discrepancies or shrinkage.
  • •Oversee receiving of deliveries, verify quantity and quality, log items into the inventory system, and manage put-away and communication with relevant departments.
  • •Manage returns of old stock back to the warehouse according to agreed guidelines and timeframes.
  • •Maintain organized stockroom operations, monitor stock-flow between distribution centre and store, and support online order running and replenishment.
  • •Maintain inventory records and generate weekly and monthly reports; investigate missing-stock queries for online orders and help implement process improvements to reduce stock loss.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous stockroom experience, preferably in a stock controller function.
  • •High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • •Experience using inventory/commerce software such as Storm, D365, and Shopify (preferred).
  • •Ability to manage tasks independently while working closely with the stockroom team and other boutique teams.
  • •Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and clear written and oral communication.
