Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute and be responsible for basic alterations (hemming, patch and repair, tapering, etc.) and more technical alterations when needed.
  • •Provide strong customer service to elevate the client experience.
  • •Educate and train store teams on Tailor Shop offerings and services.
  • •Perform technical fitting/tailoring processes for items other than jeans using necessary equipment.
  • •Maintain hands-on tailoring work while meeting physical and schedule requirements, including flexible evening/weekend shifts.

Key Requirements
