Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage execution of operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain strategic product presentation by managing product recovery, restock/destock, and visual merchandising changes
  • •Plan and execute visual floor changes with management using payroll management and zone/visual support aligned to business needs
  • •Partner with operations and visual managers on reporting, budgets/expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities
  • •Lead daily operations and guest experience by coaching associates, evaluating performance with company tools, and ensuring open/close in accordance with visual standards
