Job Summary

Advance a modern Customer Identity & Authentication (CIAM) platform by providing Level 3 engineering and operational support for IAM/CIAM services. Work cross-functionally to deliver secure authentication capabilities such as SSO, MFA, passwordless, and identity federation, and strengthen controls through privileged access, password vaulting, and Zero Trust. Troubleshoot complex directory and integration issues, perform deployments and upgrades, and monitor reliability, performance, and capacity across a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide Level 3 engineering and operational support for IAM and CIAM platforms.
•Support delivery and ongoing operation of authentication capabilities (SSO, MFA, passwordless, identity federation, adaptive authentication).
•Partner with product, engineering, architecture, and security teams to implement identity solutions improving security, customer experience, and efficiency.
•Support cloud and hybrid identity platforms and services including Microsoft Entra ID, AWS Directory Services, Active Directory, and LDAP.
•Implement and support privileged access, password vaulting, Just In Time provisioning, Zero Trust controls; troubleshoot complex identity integration issues and monitor platform health.

Key Requirements

•Experience with authentication protocols and standards including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM, and federation services.
•Hands-on experience with MFA and/or passwordless authentication, risk-based authentication, or adaptive authentication.
•Experience supporting Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), AWS Identity Services, Active Directory, and/or LDAP identity infrastructure.
•Knowledge of Privileged Access Management, identity lifecycle management, and Zero Trust security principles.
