Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure clear and consistent visibility of trade spend positions (accruals, commitments, actuals, phasing) across customer, country, and zone levels.
  • •Support high-quality Year-to-Date and Year-to-Go reporting for rebates and trade spend positions.
  • •Ensure adherence to internal control standards (including SOX/SAL07/SAL98 requirements) and support documentation and audit readiness.
  • •Support quarterly and year-end close processes, including review of balances, phasing, and accrual adjustments.
  • •Lead or co-lead regional projects and drive cross-country harmonization for trade spend, rebate processes, reporting, and internal controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Strategy, Auditing, Accounting, or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, controlling, FP&A, audit, or commercial finance.
  • •Strong understanding of financial processes, controls, and rebate & trade spend structures.
  • •Advanced analytical skills with strong Excel proficiency; SAP experience preferred.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in a matrix organization.
