Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead new country expansion strategy across APAC: size opportunities, choose markets, and define what it takes to win.
  • •Design the market entry model, including licensing path, entity structure, and commercial model translated into the required operating model.
  • •Shape the product roadmap by translating regulatory and licensing requirements into product scope and sequencing for local launch and scaling.
  • •Partner with CEO Office leadership and senior executives to frame and present recommendations on market prioritization, launch readiness, and investment decisions.
  • •Build launch operating systems (tools, templates, and operating rhythms) and run governance/go-no-go processes with cross-functional sign-off and risk mitigation plans.

Key Requirements

  • •5–8 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting (MBB or equivalent), regulatory/financial services law, or strategy/expansion roles in fintech or payments, with exposure to market-entry or licensing-driven projects.
  • •Own complex, multi-stakeholder programs end to end, including planning, execution, and executive-level updates.
  • •Strong operating discipline: structuring multi-workstream programs, running governance cadences, managing cross-functional dependencies, and driving timely decisions.
  • •Experience with regulatory and licensing topics in financial services (e.g., payments, e-money, banking, card issuing) and comfort engaging legal, risk, and compliance counterparts.
  • •Demonstrated day-to-day use of AI tools for research, license mapping, analysis, documentation, or workflow automation, with good judgment on verification and when to involve human experts.
