Key Responsibilities

  • •Own program milestones end to end for strategic trucking engagements, building the integrated schedule and tracking cross-team dependencies.
  • •Lead operational launches for autonomous trucking, sequencing work across facilities, fleet, safety, engineering, and local operations through first revenue miles.
  • •Surface and resolve risks early by identifying gaps, driving blockers to resolution, and making trade-offs visible to decision-makers.
  • •Act as the source of truth on program status for internal teams and OEM customers by translating technical details into executive-ready decisions.
  • •Work with OEM customers and stakeholders to clarify use cases and requirements and unblock technical challenges across hardware, software, safety, and operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
  • •5+ years of program or project management experience on advanced software, robotics, or autonomous vehicle programs (ADAS or L4 autonomy).
  • •Ownership of a program launch or operational bring-up from plan through steady state (new site, facility, fleet, route, or region).
  • •Track record running programs across distributed teams, sites, and time zones.
  • •Systems-level understanding of hardware, software, and field operations, with communication skills for both engineers and OEM executives.
