Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute distribution engineering projects of varying complexity from concept through construction, meeting client requirements, safety standards, and budget/schedule constraints.
  • •Produce construction-ready drawings using 2D CAD tools (AutoCAD) and coordinate with senior engineers to resolve design details or discrepancies.
  • •Collect, compile, and analyze data from sites, surveys, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support drafting and design activities.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project controls, procurement, and permitting to advance project deliverables.
  • •Write technical reports and assist with risk identification and assessment, providing input on design concepts and field applications.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • •1 to 3 years of relevant post-education experience in an electrical engineering capacity.
  • •Knowledge of electrical engineering principles, practices, design/build, and the application to permitting and project work-related issues.
  • •Familiarity with infrastructure planning, design, and construction management; including rehabilitation and new design.
  • •Analytical mindset with an ability to exercise sound judgement, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
