Job Summary

Responsible for generating mortgage loan sales through marketing and development plans to meet mortgage production goals. You’ll maintain expertise in mortgage policies, procedures, and secondary market investor guidelines, provide mortgage advice based on client needs, and execute Truist’s referral process to deepen client opportunities. You’ll also support mortgage loan fulfillment with document follow-up for clients, attorneys, and appraisers during quality control or post-closing review.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated proficiency in relevant computer applications.
•Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer of registration, and an applicable NMLS background check.
