Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct line management of Central Spares Supply Planners, including mentoring and performance reviews.
  • •Ensure material and finished goods availability to meet global demand plans in a cost-effective manner.
  • •Lead operational development and continuous enhancement of MRP planning processes within Oracle Fusion.
  • •Act as escalation point for supply planning issues and refine end-to-end supply chain workflows with service and management teams.
  • •Oversee daily supply planner workloads, purchase/sales orders, supplier interactions, and maintain SOPs and training; manage 3PL/2PL SOWs and stock transfers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, Business Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Proven operations management experience in a demand and supply chain environment.
  • •Demonstrable line management experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams.
  • •Deep understanding of S&OP and operational processes, with hands-on experience using MRP/ERP platforms.
  • •Proven continuous improvement delivery across supply chain workflows, plus strong analytical and communication skills.
