Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end recruiting including research, sourcing, candidate assessment & management, offer recommendation, negotiation & acceptance
  • •Coach hiring managers on time to fill, market mapping, candidate engagement and conversion
  • •Improve upon existing programs and develop innovative strategies around finding top talent
  • •Utilize ATS reports, dashboards, and other tools to illustrate the recruiting pipeline and results
  • •Candidate obsession: manage your pipeline of candidates and identify future opportunities they may be a fit for

Key Requirements

  • •Ideally 5 years of experience recruiting different profiles in a fast-paced environment (ideally scale-up or tech)
