Vans: Assistant Manager - Broadway Square

Lead and develop a team to deliver best-in-class customer experiences at the store, partnering with the Store Manager to drive profitability. In the Store Manager’s absence, take full responsibility for store operations. Support sales goal achievement through KPI monitoring, coach the team, supervise daily opening/closing and floor coverage, ensure policy compliance, and manage merchandising, replenishment, shrink, expenses, and inventory accuracy.
