Job Summary

Join a structured 24-month development programme starting in August 2026, building your career in cost management on high-profile projects. You’ll support cost management commissions—preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities, tender evaluations, value engineering, change orders, valuations, cost plans, and cost reports—while working alongside client teams including designers, architects, engineers, and contractors. Training will prepare you to become chartered with RICS and/or BQSM.

•Assist in cost management commissions including cost estimates, bills of quantities, value engineering, tendering and evaluation, contract knowledge, change orders, and final account close-out.

•Conduct cost assessments and valuations.
•Prepare cost reports.
•Liaise with project stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Degree in quantity surveying, cost management/engineering, project & facilities management, or equivalent.
•Knowledge of main cost management concepts, tools and techniques.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment as part of a committed team.
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
•Work effectively with project stakeholders to support cost management activities.
