Job Summary

Ensure nonferrous (NF) receiving and processing operations meet the company’s Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements. Lead daily operational performance by directing equipment and personnel, maintaining layouts and inventory accuracy, and driving process improvements. Manage equipment and maintenance coordination, partner with commercial teams on buying and sales to support profitability and yard capacity, and oversee training, safety programs, and performance of direct reports.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance for NF receiving and processing, including safe work practices, inspections, and regulatory requirements.
•Develop and maintain Health & Safety SOPs, ensure training and documentation, and participate in safety committee activities.
•Direct and coordinate equipment and personnel for daily NF operations, including layout planning and workflow management.
•Maintain inventory reporting and conduct monthly physical inventory audits with the Financial Business Partner.
•Manage and review direct reports, support internal controls, and coordinate maintenance and purchasing as needed.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 5 years metal recycling industry experience.
•Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
•Thorough knowledge of NF materials grading.
•Good judgment, interpersonal communications, strong organizational skills, and ability to negotiate.
•Past supervisory experience is a plus.
