Drive CPQ strategy, backlog refinement, and user story delivery while collaborating across Sales Operations, Finance, IT, and ERP/billing/fulfillment teams to ensure seamless end-to-end integration.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as product owner for Salesforce CPQ, defining roadmap, strategy, and optimization initiatives to maximize business value.
•Improve quoting speed, pricing governance, discount approval flows, and quote template accuracy to enable scalable growth.
•Partner with Sales Operations, Finance, and IT to refine CPQ business processes and ensure alignment with objectives and compliance standards.
•Evaluate Salesforce CPQ releases and AppExchange add-ons to adopt new features and reduce technical debt.
•Drive end-to-end Quote to Fulfillment execution by writing user stories/acceptance criteria and leading cross-functional delivery with ERP/billing/fulfillment teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•5+ years Salesforce platform experience, including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, and Service Cloud.
•2+ years hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience, including product/pricing data models, pricing methods, rules engine, quote templates, and approval flows.
•Experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with ERP, billing, and fulfillment systems in a manufacturing or B2B/B2C sales environment is strongly preferred.
•Salesforce Administrator certification required; CPQ Specialist or CPQ Advanced Admin certification strongly valued.
