Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete all prescribed training satisfactorily prior to the end of the program into appropriate center assignment.
  • •Complete additional training as recommended by the manager during the program.
  • •Participate in business rotations, working on projects and business-as-usual activities that demonstrate expected results.
  • •Work on innovative projects and assignments across the Technology, Data, & Operations track areas (e.g., software delivery, AI engineering, infrastructure, security, cloud, cybersecurity).
  • •Perform special projects or assignments outside the formal training program as assigned.
